 or buying vacant land or houses.  Currently we have seller vacant land and house and buyer vacant land

and house kits published and available.  Strata Kits are in production.  The DIY Kiss Kit is aimed for the

person who wants to save money, has the time, energy and wants to handle their own settlement from start to finish.
